Solar Panel Site Mapping

This project documents a solar panel installation at a Los Angeles elementary school using drone mapping.
From a single flight, imagery was processed into a 2D orthomosaic and 3D map, providing both a detailed overhead view and interactive model. Unlike a single aerial photo, the orthomosaic delivers a complete, high-resolution view of the entire installation, allowing for accurate visualization of layout and scale.
These outputs provide both practical documentation and compelling visuals for marketing, presentations, and project updates.
